Material Forward Tracking : Material tracking focuses on gathering real-time data from material suppliers following the production flow.

Material Backward Tracing : Material tracing is an investigative measure after material production has already been carried out, to ensure documental compliance up to tier 4.

We are enabling that data validation through a double layer traceability system which is both digital and physical by apply QR codes on all materials and finished products to actually link the information from your ERP and PM system with the actual material flow at the factory level.

Each time the QR code is scanned, the system synchronizes with the Platform PO management which updates the data in real time.

In this way,the data validation process becomes part of a due diligence for suppliers and this guarantees the accuracy and consistency of the data against any form of accusation.
