Federico Vianello is Head of the traditional private label division at Novi Footwear.

Established in 1986, Novi Footwear is a company that currently employs over 360 employees of many different nationalities. Their strengths lie in dedicated footwear sourcing teams, specialized quality assurance, systematic management of material sourcing, chemical and social compliance and expertise in costing, logistics and supply chain related issues. They’re also a member of the Wortmann Group of companies.
